Located in the Westerpark, we have been able to heat the terraces of a unique place in Amsterdam. On either side of the property there is a large terrace with parasols. The terrace is heated by means of 48 electric patio heaters of the Tansun Bahama ultra low glare RF type with a power of 1.0 KW each. mounted in 12 pcs umbrellas.

The control of this installation is a new invention of Wardenaar infrared heating. The radiators switch on and off automatically when the parasols are opened and closed. if the umbrellas are closed, it is not possible to switch on the patio heaters with the RF wifi system. With other systems, we have often seen damage to the cloths of umbrellas because they melt or, worse, catch fire due to heaters that are accidentally switched on when the parasol is closed.
