Kromhoutwerf.

The Westhal has been part of the famous Kromhoutwerf since 1888. Originally, the riveted steel hall construction was made in 1887 for the 18th World Exhibition, the second World Exhibition to be organized in Amsterdam, to impress. It is still in use today as part of the shipyard, the last in this once very bustling shipping neighborhood. The hall is heated by means of 6 dark radiators and 5 bright radiators to absorb the cold at the windows.
