In 2010 the Blom-Harmans family opens a new beautiful location on the Vuurwerkerweg in Amsterdam-Noord. The company has grown so much over the years that a second, larger location is needed. 
At the start of this branch, only mopeds and scooters are sold, but after a few years the shop on Kamperfoelieweg closes and, after a beautiful renovation/expansion, the bicycle department of Joop Harmans will also be moved to the Vuurwerkerweg. 
After all these years, the family business is still successfully established here. During the renovation, this customer chose to heat the building sustainably with gas dark radiators from the brand Alke.

This project was fully eligible for EIA subsidy. The EIA scheme uses one deduction percentage, which in 2021 was a percentage of 45.5%. 
Theoretically, this means that you can deduct 45.5% of the total purchase value of the product (including installation) from your corporation tax or income tax.
