For this customer, located in the Amsterdam ports, we have heated warehouses with 3 pieces of gas dark radiators. With this innovative, energy-saving and sustainable technology, we can achieve energy savings of 50% or more. This means that the investment is generally recouped within 1.5 years through lower energy consumption.

This project was fully eligible for EIA subsidy. The EIA scheme uses one deduction percentage. In the year 2021 this amounted to a percentage of 45.5%. Theoretically, this means that you can deduct 45.5% of the total purchase value of the product (including installation) from your corporate tax or income tax
